Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing notary services, including verifying identity, completing legal documents, and communicating with you about appointments and services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. All documents and personal data are handled with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We comply with all applicable federal and Ohio state laws regarding notary public services and data protection, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Ohio's notary laws.
A MAGZ SIGNING provides mobile notary public services, loan signing agent services, remote online notarization, and related document services in accordance with Ohio state laws. We are an independent contractor and not an employee of any title company, lender, or law firm.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance when possible. We request at least 24-48 hours notice for standard appointments. Same-day appointments may be available based on schedule availability. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Notary fees are regulated by Ohio law and will be disclosed before services are rendered.
A MAGZ SIGNING provides notary services only. We do not provide legal advice. Clients should consult with an attorney for legal matters. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for notary services.
A MAGZ SIGNING is NNA (National Notary Association) certified and background screened. We are a licensed notary public in the State of Ohio. Our notary commission number and expiration date are available upon request.
